How Cold Compression works
Hot air enters the duct, is forced through a narrowed compression port, and is released across two chilled plates seated against both sides of the neck — exactly where the major blood vessels run closest to the skin. Cooling the blood at this point cools the body, not just the air around it.
Most neck fans only circulate ambient air. That is airflow, not cooling.

- Empty the tank after each use
- Rinse with fresh water before storing
- Use clean water + ice each time, never refill on top of old water
Will the mist cause mold on my walls or furniture?
No, with normal use. The mist is fine water vapor designed to evaporate into the air as it cools you, not to wet surfaces. A few simple habits keep your room completely dry:
- Point it at you, not at a wall. Aim the fan toward open space or your body, not directly at furniture 30cm away.
- Don't run max mist in a tiny sealed room for hours. In small spaces, use low or medium mist — that's all you need.
- Keep some airflow. A cracked window or open door lets humidity balance out instead of building up.
- Run fan-only when you want cooling without moisture. The mist is optional — turn it off and it's just a fan.
Used normally, the room stays dry and you stay cool. The mist is there to cool the air, not soak the walls.
